There are a few songs that you need to absolutely blast loudly when they are played.

Never turn it down!

I wrote in my xanga from what feels like a very loooong time. But, in reality, it’s only been 8 months! Oh, how time drags, yet passes us all by at the same time.

what blasphemy

I am writing a new entry, as to keep my older self in the know of how I’ve changed. But really, I could just go to my wordpress blog.

As it is now apparent to me, I have changed so much.

I entered High School as a happy girl. You wouldn’t believe how happy. It was like I was a yellow, blue, green and red sun all at once,  that shines intensely everywhere.

Now I find that the general atmosphere subdued me, and I feel rather like a Moon. I’m still brighter than the sea of unoriginality in which we swim, but on the same token, I am still the same color as them all.
Example I give myself: I don’t act like an Asian wannabe, saying blasphemy like “gomen” and”kawaii” and spitting out korean as if I know the language. I still have my love for their cultures, though, just not as outward. I think that was for the better, bringing me back down to Earth from a cloud that I couldn’t seem to get off. But I am sad that I lost my innocence, my originality, my idifference to society…
I still have them. actually, they’re all just lying 20,000 leagues under the sea.

Then again, everyone has changed.

Change, change, change.
A word the used to mean those extra dimes in my pocket that I could happily give to a hobo.
I bet hobos appreciate change.

Well, well, well. Xanga, Xanga, Xanga.

Don’t they seem to have all the freedom in the world?
No matter what tabloids, newspaper, and the TV says about them, they can wander around with out fear. But I bet they weren’t always fearless.
No one is born fearless.

Or maybe they do pop in to the world with brave hearts and happy minds, although contradictory to the incessant screaming. But it’s necessary, the screaming is necessary to live.
The celebrities must close their doors and scream, just like their brave baby lungs did when they started life.

I want to be a celebrity, with the paparazzi, the make-up and hair, the beautiful house and wardrobe, the fans chasing after you everyday, the solace of a home away from the world, and everyone talking about me every second of the day.

But even a celebrity has to be good at something to be where he or she is in the first place.

There is no way out of working hard. Gah.

안녕하세요.
사랑해요. 그래요.
아랐어?

That’s how I want it to go down.

song: epik high – one

SO I watch a bit of Disney Channel. :]
I think Miley Cyrus’s show is great. It’s pretty funny and cute. But in my opinion…who really makes the show? Jason Earles and Emily Osment (Jackson and Lily).

And for the longest time, I’ve wanted them to be TOGETHER.

My childish dreams come true on November 16th  ON NOVEMBER 2nd (Yay!), with the season 3 episode “He Ain’t A Hottie! He’s My Brother!” :D
Far away, but yay! I have a feeling the writer saw that it needed to happen. Either that or they read fanfics on the Internet. LOL. Originally I was the “Loliver” fan, because of my natural Ron/Hermione instinct. But, I began to love seeing the two quirky blondies being close, and not just because she’s Miley BFF – their characters have some chemistry!

Disney Channel is the most colorful channel EVER. Holy crud. Look at that lovely Lackson picture I stole from here (Disney True Mania blog). Do you not see the poppin’ colors of the night? I’ll tell you one thing… my pm’s aren’t this bright!

Basically…
You do a lot of hard work, and finally, when gets right to it, one little thing could screw you up.

Your parents spend all this time taking care of you, but one day you decide to do drugs. BANG.

You spend all night writing an essay, but when you finally get to class it’s not to be found and one day late leaves you with a zero. BANG.

The earth was alive for many years, sustaining liife, and taking care of its inhabitants. Then, we decide to drill for oil, pollute the air, and kill it’s atmosphere, all in one shot. BANG.

You love someone forever, and you think nothing could ever change that, but one day, you find out the feeling wasn’t ever mutual. BANG.

Eating at a fancy restaurant where there couldn’t possibly any flies, you get served some amazing soup that costs 30 dollars, only to watch as a lonely fly happens to die and fall right in your bowl. PLOP.

Bad luck is so inconsequential. Or is it really bad luck?
Maybe we live to fail. That’s so weird. Why would we live to fail? Are we doing too much in life? Should we just be sitting around and not trying? Perhaps things would then turn out better.

But really, failure just makes life a bit interesting.

my song: Big Bang – Haru Haru

Well, isn’t it disappointing that in your first week of summer holidays, you don’t even get out of the house?
I am devastated. Nothing has been fun, entertaining, or otherwise productive. And summer is passing by right before my eyes. All I’ve been doing is sitting in front of the computeron art.com’s ArtPad.

It’s frightfully satisfying for the bored artiste at heart.

My pictures- I have a lot. Built up over time, of course. So, I’m only showing 4.

Called “Eternal.” Because…well, I’d like to think that scene right up there’s forever, don’t you? And also, that’s what that Mandarin character is up there. I don’t take Chinese at school. I found it on a website.

This is my favorite one. Ever. Pink and gray, monotone colours…until you notice that break through of yellow. I am a genius. I never know what to call it.

What is the universe? Can anyone tell me? I drew here what would happen to Earth if we were not protected by the atmosphere – the true power of the universe would bend our planets to it’s own will. A deep creation, I suppose.

Very recent. In fact, today, I was bored, and a drew and upside down winter land. Winter is my favorite season. I like this, too. Peaceful.

Ah. Summer.

I am a teenager.

Isn’t it funny how way back when, the big punishment was “go to your room?” Well, how does that figure, when kids nowadays have TVs, telephones and laptops in their rooms? And that too, rooms don’t have solid white walls and a bed and a desk. Kids and teenagers alike love colouring their space, and making it a home.

This is DEFINITELY my ideal room. Simple and clean. And white and green – my favorite!

Asia lamp theme? Cute room.

Ohh. Princessy.

Messy in a really cool way!

Me encanta baloncesto. Maybe for a boy. But could be for a girl, too!

How pink.

Yeah. Maybe the right punishment is to stay out of your room. ;]

…Is certainly not a human.

Technically, I know, humans are the smartest animals in the world. But who are we to judge? Of course we’ll put ourselves right on top in our own hierarchy of intelligence. We can speak. So can a parrot. We can understand emotion. So can a dog, cat, dolphin, and a whale. And we do all of our testing on rodents.

So, today, I challenge science to speculate whether humans are the definition of intelligence.
There are other living creatures on earth. The fact that our emotions can be percieved on a higher level by a dog than possibly our best human friends is proof itself – we aren’t the height of smartness.

I turned sixteen yesterday. And I was far too busy to post!

I went to school, I was already a seasoned “thank you” giver, because I had woken up at 5:30 and the phone calls from India came rushing in, as if they had kept a tracker on me! And many more people had said happy birthday to me as soon as I got off the school bus.

I already knew a few people had birthdays the same day as I did, but the number of people that I discovered that shared my birthday was overwhleming! We went to Chevys for a dinner with a about 20 of my friends, and they do that whole shabang, with a Mexican hat and clapping and cheering and bringing out my cake. But it happened 4 times before it happened to me! It was funny.

Well, I also got many lovely presents, like a Domo-kun doll, super sweet headphones, money, clothes, lotions and potions, etc. I had lots of fun yesterday. I was very tired when I got home, but I can’t ever stop smiling about it.

But the night before my birthday, you can begin to understand how nervous I was! I had about ten thousand butterflies in my stomach, and and felt like crying. I have never felt like that about a birthday. And I was calm and happy yesterday, just as I have always been.

Now, I need to be responsible of my responsibility. Although not yet grown up, I am getting there. Sixteen…What a scary number.
